- Partner with R&D to prioritize moonshot projects aligned with 2030 vision
- Present strategic briefings to board members on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build proprietary forecasting algorithms using proprietary data streams
- Champion ethical innovation protocols for autonomous systems and neurotech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive industry transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofing initiatives
