- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and clean energy integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Author white papers and present at global forums (Davos, TED, CES)
- Build scenario models for geopolitical and climate impact on business
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary forecasting tools
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Horizon Scan, Delphi Method)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy projects with measurable ROI
- Top-tier university pedigree (MIT, Stanford, Oxford, etc.)
