Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic planning for 2026-2030 market evolution across 5 key industries
- Develop quantitative models using AI-powered trend analysis to forecast disruptive technologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, climate, and technological black swan events
- Present executive briefings to Fortune 500 clients with data-driven future-state projections
- Manage a cross-functional team of 12 futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports distributed to 10,000+ global innovation leaders
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' summit featuring Nobel laureates and startup founders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Security clearance eligibility for government-level future threat assessments
