- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at Davos/WEF
- Build an innovation pipeline with 50+ emerging startups and research labs
- Advise board on disruptive threats/opportunities in 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation at Fortune 500
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions (e.g., blockchain, AGI)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Published work in Harvard Business Review or similar top-tier journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner, Signal AI)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping initiatives (patents, policy impacts)
