Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economy, and social domains to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation initiatives
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports communicating complex future scenarios
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development and strategy teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published work in futures or technology journals preferred
