Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026+ strategic foresight framework
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends
- Design and lead innovation incubators for breakthrough products/services
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor innovation specialists and build a future-ready talent pipeline
- Present strategic roadmaps to the board and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
