Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-viable business models and revenue streams
- Author executive briefings and whitepapers translating foresight into actionable strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify innovation ROI through market simulation and competitive scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: horizon scanning, Delphi technique, cross-impact matrix
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
