- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across diverse industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models
- Present foresight insights at executive forums and publish industry thought leadership
- Mentor junior strategists and build a world-class foresight methodology
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future trends into commercial innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking abilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
