Responsibilities

- Design human-centric innovation blueprints ensuring ethical deployment of advanced technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards with data-backed impact projections
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies with proven 2026+ tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive analytics frameworks
- Portfolio of successfully implemented innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption and risk mitigation
