Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ innovation strategy aligned with market evolution and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling transformative initiatives (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for volatile futures
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
