Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and startups
- Design and pilot 'future-proofing' frameworks for organizational resilience and adaptability
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
