- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners including startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives using KPIs and impact metrics

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
