Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business strategy
- Build and mentor an interdisciplinary team of futurists and technologists
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for stakeholders and investors
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026+
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
