Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-political, and economic domains
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Translate foresight insights into product innovation and market positioning strategies
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present future-proofing frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Lead development of proprietary future intelligence tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of executing future-forward strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
