- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying disruptive market forces and opportunities
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation with 5-year foresight
- Curate and host thought leadership summmits for industry 4.0 pioneers
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 disruption experience
- Published research on exponential technology convergence patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning and Monte Carlo simulation methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI safety protocols, and neurotech regulations
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market leadership
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi)
