Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives and market entry strategies
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive organizational capabilities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and future-readiness metrics
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership reports and present findings to industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven foresight methodologies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology convergence assessment
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, Foresight Platform)
