Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Architect breakthrough products/services addressing future human needs and societal shifts
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and disruption preparedness
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives embedding future-ready capabilities
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation funding through compelling strategic proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend impact analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder value
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS or equivalent)
