- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Champion design thinking methodologies to humanize technological advancement

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with design thinking frameworks and human-centered design processes
