Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and trend foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for senior leadership on disruptive forces
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on emerging innovations (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Architect R&D pipelines for next-generation products and services
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into roadmaps
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of successful technology adoption forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
