Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities
- Author high-impact foresight reports for investors and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof technologies and business models
- Establish competitive intelligence systems for emerging markets
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech planning
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech or business futurism
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
