Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting innovation landscapes
- Develop educational content to build organizational foresight capabilities
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
