Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, and quantum computing to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Quantify market potential for nascent technologies through scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts into actionable insights
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFS)
- Experience with foresight platforms like Kedge or Futures Platform
