Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future market opportunities
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation incubator to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive trends and their business implications
- Establish global networks with futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model interconnected global systems
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
