Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for 5-10 year strategic planning
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and future-focused organizations
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts in advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
