- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning Horizon as a future authority
- Oversee cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze global policy/regulatory trends affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
