Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends across technology, sustainability, and human behavior through 2026+ horizons
- Design strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for adaptive business models in volatile markets
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, Web3, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
