Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives and future market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to brainstorm futuristic scenarios and solution frameworks
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate concepts
- Author thought leadership reports on technology adoption patterns and market evolution
- Build and maintain a network of global futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in innovation consulting, corporate strategy, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Published thought leader in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience working with global enterprises across multiple industries
