Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions with measurable business impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to anticipate paradigm shifts
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and pilot programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven portfolio of future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex systems into actionable strategies
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication capabilities
- Certification in futures thinking or innovation methodologies preferred
