Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on next-generation solutions
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in emerging markets
- Develop frameworks for ethical adoption of disruptive technologies
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or related leadership role
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
