Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop ethical AI governance frameworks
- Identify emerging tech paradigms (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing) for strategic integration
- Design human-AI collaborative interfaces for enterprise and consumer applications
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI's societal impact and ethical compliance
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Partner with academic institutions to shape AI research agendas
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic AI development
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) on AI ethics or future tech
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and AI for Good frameworks
- Experience with regulatory bodies (NIST, IEEE Ethics) on AI policy development
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging AI hardware (Cerebras, Groq)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
