Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ AI strategic roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing generative AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI trends and disruptive technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and bias-mitigation protocols
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact and future applications
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced ML techniques and responsible AI development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI strategy development with demonstrated impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
