- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global technology trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team in our R&D lab to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and board members.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology partners and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product innovation.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
