Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's 2026 technological roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- Analyze global market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts to forecast future industry shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (C-Suite, Engineering, Product) to define strategic initiatives aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Oversee a budget for R&D innovation pilots, ensuring efficient allocation of resources toward high-potential technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Pilot and evaluate new technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) to determine viability for enterprise integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps for complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically AI, Blockchain, or Web3, with a focus on 2026 adoption timelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
