Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and maintain the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond, aligning with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Biotech to identify high-value opportunities.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Partnership Management: Foster relationships with key vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budgeting and resource planning for future product lines and infrastructure projects.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the execution of experimental projects that test the viability of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate market shifts with high accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of pivoting strategies in response to rapid technological changes.
- Tools: Proficiency in data analytics tools, SWOT analysis frameworks, and strategic planning software.
