As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll work alongside industry pioneers to identify emerging trends, evaluate disruptive technologies, and develop actionable frameworks for implementation. You'll influence product development, market positioning, and long-term corporate strategy while maintaining our reputation as thought leaders in technological transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 3-5 year market impact projections
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise operations and client solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing concepts and validate market readiness
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage innovation sourcing
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains with published industry insights
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent training
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
