Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading teams through organizational transformation
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, Engineering)
