Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Analyze patent landscapes and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching products based on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Assessment (e.g., CTA)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic technology initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience working with global R&D teams across multiple time zones
