Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and metaverse ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for next-gen technologies
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing)
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 architectures
- Proven track record leading global R&D initiatives ($50M+ budgets)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with technology ethics boards and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and global innovation consortia
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
