Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with business goals
- Produce technology impact assessments and competitive intelligence reports
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists on future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends preferred
