Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI ethics) and assess their commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused innovations into current business models
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze market disruption patterns and competitive intelligence to identify first-mover opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders and investors
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management preferred
