Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure blockchain networks
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Present disruption analyses to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Secure 3+ patents in AI ethics or sustainable tech annually
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab across 3 global campuses
- Author industry-defining white papers on AGI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Security clearance or background in government tech initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
