- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech initiatives (AI/ML/Web3/Quantum)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in digital transformation across enterprise environments
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS/Azure ML, Blockchain Council)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
