Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends for commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present future tech visions to C-suite and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 12+ projects
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for 2026 deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate ventures
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Strong network with Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
