Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, or biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech convergence trends (Web4, AGI, decentralized systems)
