Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
- Oversee patent portfolio development for 2026 technology patents
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 5 business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching 3+ market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- C-suite presentation experience with $1B+ budget impact
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) preferred
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
