- Develop technology roadmaps aligning R&D investments with market opportunities through 2030
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into corporate strategy and operational frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on disruptive innovation
- Mentor R&D teams in rapid prototyping and agile development of experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience mapping multi-year innovation horizons

- Track record of launching commercialized products from early-stage R&D initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
