Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with 3-year strategic vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof digital transformation
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype development and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused workshops
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
