- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions using next-gen AI frameworks and quantum algorithms
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to patent breakthrough technologies in AI ethics and sustainable computing
- Mentor junior strategists through structured innovation sprints and hackathons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or product development with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum solutions at scale (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong command of Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., MIT Professional Education)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
