Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and forecast their business impact through 2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/sustainable tech)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation skills
