Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with corporate objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic technology initiatives
